Right around his photo is the words Poker Professional on the top and bottom. Then there’s the usual graphics that include all four suits, a touch of various colors, and a texture that leaves you wondering where these are made. However, it’s not even the Layne Flack Casino Poker Chips themselves that intrigue me. It’s the added fact that there were only 5,000 made.

This is what Brian told me anyways. Well, actually he said there was 3,500 left after he happened to stumble across the website the first day they released them. So I went over there myself and saw there were still plenty available and purchased 100 of them. I don’t have near the amount of money that he does, so I couldn’t afford that many chips. The good news is I got the perfect amount.

Oddly enough, I was so impressed by them, they sat on my poker table downstairs for a month. I didn’t want to touch them because it was like the value was going to depreciate or something. Eventually my wife told me I might as well invite the guys over for a game, which of course included Brian. Before it was all said and done, I had a nice batch of 700, which was plenty for 5 guys.

That is until our last game when my wife wanted in and took them from everyone. She’s one of those talkers that bluffs when she’s got something, bluffs when she doesn’t, and talks about it the entire time. I’m not sure if she feels she has to prove to us she’s capable, or if she just does it because it makes everyone else over think the situation. Whatever the case may be, she’s good.

So the next time you break out the old red, white, and blue set you might want to start saving for these Layne Flack Casino Poker Chips. Not only will they be the conversation of the night, but also your friends will enjoy them just the same. Unfortunately, it’s a short supply, which means they won’t be around forever. Then again, when they’re sitting in your home, they will.
